Hello everyone,
I love matte lipsticks and when Revlon sent me three of their newly launched Matte Nail Enamel shades , I was excited to try them out. The colours I received were, Marine Matte, Sunny Matte and Cool Matte and each of these are priced at 190 INR. They currently come in 8 shades ranging from reds to corals to blues.

Shades available: Hot Matte, Marine Matte, Coral Matte, Rosy Matte, Cool Matte, Sunny Matte, Flaming Matte and Crimson Matte.
Price: 190 INR
This was the first ever time I was trying matte nail paints and I was so surprised by the fast drying formula of these nail paints. But this could be a disadvantage too, if you don’t close the lid of the bottles fast. The consistency is a bit runny but goes opaque in 2-3 coats. The colours look super intense due to the matte finish and looks really classy on the nails be it long or short nails.

The only point that was a bit disappointing was it’s longevity, but that might be also because I do the house chores including washing utensils everyday. With all the washing and cleaning, the nail paint was still intact for 4-5 days after which it started chipping at the tip. I would suggest to apply a matte top coat to make sure that the nail paint stays for a longer period of time and to avoid chipping.

Despite all this, I absolutely love the colours and how it looks on my nails. Ever since I moved to the new place, I haven’t been getting time to go for manicure and have a bit of a dry skin around the nails. But these nail paints still make my hands look nice and presentable. Since I wanted to try all the three colours at once (call me impatient!), I thought of trying some easy nail art and this is the best I could come with, without any nail art brushes. I’m a total amateur when it comes to nail art, hence this was real fun to do and I was jumping around like a happy kid with my colourful nails. HEHEE!!!

I would totally recommend the Revlon Matte Nail Enamels as they are not heavy on the pockets compared to some of their other matte counterparts and if you don’t mind changing nail colours on a weekly basis, this is totally your stuff. My ratings for the product would be 4.5/5 only because of its short staying and a need for a top coat.
Let me know in the comments below if you like the concept of matte nail paints and which one is your favourite shade among the three. Don’t forget to follow us on our social media channels to know what we are up to. Till then stay awesome 😀Facebook Twitter Instagram
