Hi pretty people,
First of all, really sorry for being MIA for a long time. I know I’d promised to post 2 posts a week, but I’d been on a vacation cum a small visit to my granny’s house in Kerela. I’ll tell you all about my visit very soon in another post. 😀
I have always loved prints. I feel if you choose the right print according to your body type, it does magic to your whole outfit. I know its time to take out our winter clothes, but there are still places in India where you need to wear summer clothes all throughout the year. And Kerela is one such place. So here it is, sending you all the love wearing this beautiful Maxi Dress from the backwaters of Aleppey.
Maxi dress: MISSA MORE; Sandals: SSS; Silver Necklace: Brigade Road, Bangalore
MAKEUP: Makeup revolution London, LA Splash, MUA, Maybelline
I love the carefree, feel-good spirit of summers, especially all the fun and easy-breezy clothing that accompanies it. Maxi dresses are the best for those sunny day-outs.
Everything about this look screams HOT summer days can be so much fun … I wore this comfy maxi dress from Missa More
along with the golden and black pair of flats from Street Style Store
and to jazz up the look, paired a silver neckpiece that was a street shopping at Brigade Road in Bangalore. I never forget to use bold colors for my lips and that’s why this dark fuschia pink lips. I am not very good with makeup and having a lot of pigmentation issues lately, hence I just used my Makeup Revolution nude palette for my eyes along with a hint of kohl to line my eyes with a little bit of CC cream mixed with my sunscreen.
Maxi dresses in flouncy layers of cotton help you stay cool, and they look good on most every body type. The lightweight, breezy fabric is ideal for humid conditions, plus the fuss-free silhouette is perfect for all your on-the-go moments.
Style any of your maxis with a pair of flats for a chic-yet-laidback daytime outfit. Don’t forget to checkout MISSA MORE
to checkout their amazing and affordable collection.
Have a great week ahead girls 🙂
